Co led the Auckland City GST legislative changes on systems and documents touch points. Also led the GST Change Project for Capital and Coast District Health Board in Wellington. 

Project managed reporting platform development for SKYCITY Group that included data from Legacy and current HR and Payroll systems.

Engaged to implement systems and process improvements and IT Roadmap developed by KPMG. Went on to take on the CFO role with the company responsible for Finance, Systems and Process.

Engaged to review systems and process for the Council which resulted in change to rating frequency, termination of third party providers and identification of approximately $5m in potential under billing for services when compared with other NZ Councils.

Project managed the review of Bill of materials and Routing for Assa Aboly Manufacturing in Auckland to ensure the costs variables and allocations were correctly mapped in the BOMS. Work resulted in correct variances identified.

Project managed the review, decommissioning of Greentree Payroll and RFP project and implementation of new payroll system including major customisation. Also led project implementation of Procure to Pay, Chart of Accounts, and significant documentation work on Asset Management project.
